Looks nice!
I love the old look of the picture, but some textures would make it even better (you can get some textures at Desktop
Anime)
Also the background looks way too real, you can always re-paint the stock photo o filter it.
Overall, an outstanding job!

I think the old look fits in nicely given the time frame they were in and agree adding some texture would be nice. Help blend the images all together.

this brings out the feeling or sadness in the wallpaper alright :)
your vector's clean and well-colored. ;) but I do have to agree on chrisp-chan that is to soften on the rain and it'll look breater! :)
