This is one sweet vector of Cagalli-sama. She absolute looks gorgeous in a dress and she's so pretty with her hair like that. I like the way she blushes. You've captured the scene perfectly. The vector work is done smoothly and nicely. Good job.

ah I was wondering when somebody will vector that image. nice work, though her skin colour is a bit dark. and I'm not too fond of how her eyes are blurred/smudged, looks out of place in a vector

Nice touches with the colouring. You need to keep some sort of consistency though. A bit more practise, and you'll no doubt improve.
