I love this wallpaper!
I used a texture as a bg and enlarged it. I took a png and tinkered with it. XD
Added a few brushes and I'm done.
It took me about 3 hours to make it.

    I think it's beautiful. Wonderful use of colour; it's very vivid.

    As for your comment on 'Air, Season 1', I have no idea what a texture is >.< even after a few years I'm such a photoshop amateur. Perhaps you could enlighten me?
