Kinda difficult to cut out, this picture was. I usually get my anime character images from the scan galleries of this site, so some may recognize this one. Probably one of the most complicated backgrounds I've made, in the way that all of it has been hand-drawn in some way - I didn't just take a picture I found off google and stick it in.
