It's basically proper human proportions but simplified for drawing. Get your friend to make pose like that and see where you gone wrong. Look where her knee is supposed to be. Look where the muscles are supposed to appear. Look at the width of each body part. Mainly need work on here is the neck arms and legs. And think about the dimensions of the body. But it's not bad for someone of your age ^^
