This is chou-un shiryu from the Dragon destiny series of Ikkitousen. Scan is from Minitokyo and features a awesome pose of her. I had to make a wallpaper for myself with it. The dragon is actually a tattoo image. As with many other wallies this one was in the work in progress folder till i finished it yesterday.
If you look closely you can see the iris. 12 layers, part redrawing of parts of the scan. Again please comment if you think something is missing or generally tips for future wallpapers.

I don't think i have it anymore due to a harddrive crash
