As positive criticism, the placement is done ok. I think you could have escaped the transparency of the background bleeding into the foreground by using some sort of white plastic sheet or something similar. I can tell how the back pages make impressions onto the scanned pages. Otherwise, thank you for the image scan!

it's a lot of smudging and strangely coloured blotches on her chest. it looks like you've pasted there patches from nearby, i wonder why.
as for getting the back of the paper on the scan through transparency, that you can avoid by putting a completely black dull plain paper, the most non-reflective one that you can find, on the back of the sheet, in the scanner - that's to mask the white plastic on the inside of the scanner's cover, which causes the back-shading.
and secondly, a +10 % contrast post-processing would do the trick too.
