i was bored... and i fell across this scan, i liked it, so i
decided to make a vector out of if 
took me a few hours, and quite a lot of layers, but it's worth it, i really like this one

Excellent vector! It is very clean and smooth and the background goes well with the vector.
Very neatly done, I like the idea of not using black for the outline

Cool, this leaves me in awe - the character is really striking... and the tracing flawless
One question: Did you use the stroke blending effect for the staff? Just wondering... and as a newbie I'm always trying to see how others are doing their tracing
