I personally adore this scan.
The character is Yuki Nagato, my fav girl from the Suzumiya Haruhi series.
Again, scan taken from a hentai doujinshi, although not big chested, Nagato-chan is the most popular when it comes to this stuff :hmpf:
She looks so cool and mysterious, a real beauty.
I don't know what the text in the right means, perhaps the name of the doujinshi. :\
