Not an easy vector to do, and I've been delaying this for quite some time already... >.<
Got the scan from here: "Untitled" by erementar. Thanks to the uploader for the scan!
The easy bit: Tracing, or course!
The moderate bit: The eyes... (Oh, so beautiful!)
The hard bit: The shading! I decided to ignore some shades, and I hope this turns out right!

Nice one! One question though: I'm just a beginner at vectoring, but isn't the outline ("tracing" refers to the outline; right?) normallly the hardest part? Or at least the part that takes the longest time to finish?
Or do you have a nifty trick with which the outline is easier? ;)
