Kajiura's new OST for El Cazador de la Bruja is coming out soon and I'm obsessed with one of the songs, "Forest"! When I heard it in El Cazador's 14th episode I just had to do something with it! It's very inspirational, just as Kajiura's compositions have always been for me. I decided to take fragments of the lyrics and place them in text and represent them in vector designs through the thoughts of a girl and some robots. (Yeah..robots D:) I've always wanted some robots like this to play my music...Fun. Here is the original sketch: click

I absolutely love the colors and the swirled shapes...! The design of this part is amazing! I don't like the computer too much. The straight lines somehow destroy all the funny, creative lines. And hmm maybe something is wrong with my eyes but to me it looks as if the end of the machine was larger than the beginning... I think the perspective is a little bit wrong here... but I don't wanna complain about such details. Love the girl's dress as well... her head is slightly too big in my point of view. And the background is a bit too empty, I understand you couldn't make any more crazy designs then it would have totally ruined the cool swirled shapes... but maybe some gradients would have made the left corner look less empty.
Well I love the cool shapes in the middle! I admire all these ideas you had for it... it's a bit sad that it looks a bit split off from the rest of the wallpaper. -
