The shiny part of the hair it's very wrong. It doesn't go across the forehead like that, it should be horizontal to the light. So if the light were to be from the front as you've drawn it. It start's from the top correctly but should end up higher up near the back of her head. Also with the hand, it's got a nice size but bones! You need to show bones so that it doesn't look flat. Try making that figure with your hand, you will see if you do that you can see your bones. Other than those. Nice work.

It could use improvement but it's still very nice work. I especially like the eyes and the colouring of her shawl.
