I was messing around and ended up working on this all day. ^_^'
I just was practicing watrcoloring styles for skin and I ended up liking it so I added the text (which say "I love
ecchi) and viola!
I PS'd the border and circles-hope it was not too much. I thought that the pic alone seemed empty. :o
