Well I think I've seen this vectored at least twice already, but I've been dying to do it myself so here it is. This has got to be the best picture of Yuki out there! When I first saw it I thought it was a fanart because of the outfit.

I'm a bit tired for a good description right now :P
Well I wanted my vector to be different, so instead of putting the little writing on the book that's in the scan, I turned her book into a photo album/scrapbook. I made the images sepia-toned and kind of old-looking, hence the "faded" part of the title. I know the photos aren't perfectly done, but I kind of like that, it adds to the scrapbook look.
The tape brushes I used on the book are by sanami276 at DeviantArt. And of course, I didn't vector the little photos, but I tried to choose the right pictures.

Colouring- 4 hrs

Total- 11 hrs

you just got to love yuki nagato! though haruhi's the cutest, yuki's just plain adorable bloody hell! you completed in 11 hours?! you're good. now it takes an average of 2 weeks for me to finish 1 vector

patterns when well for her dress and this is something I defiantely adore. You
really captured the eyes and I'm quite surprised how the effects went. 
I'm not sure if you used Illustrator for the outlines, but they're so frickin straight so that's why I thought you did?
