Faster kill pussycat ^_^'
It was the first thing that popped into my head so i chose it for the title.
More about this wall: just like in .:: Amethyst ::. I wanted to make a wallpaper where i painted the bg rather then using brushes,so I smudge painted the clouds. The big problem was extracting the character and redoing the bg..since i had no sky. I took a good picture with some buildings and placed it in the bg ,adjusted it and the painted the bg [chosing the colors,starting painting ..blabla.. => lol mousework :D ]
The pic was hard to extract because
1. The res wasn't big
2. She blended in the bg..since it was a " I shot X" pic the bg was all..well..i can't find the words..let's
say "dynamic" :D .
Hardest part was isolating the gunfire and extracting her little cross.
I'm happy she didn't have long hair :D otherwise it would've been another big BIG problem ^_^'
I wanted the whole aspect of the pic to be dark and I wanted the girl to catch your [ the viewer's ] attention. I think
I did pretty good at this part ^_^'
Another thing: those 2 flying things you see near the gun..are ammo.[or whatever it's called ^_^' ]

That scan is fantastic, and you did a great job integrating it with the bg. The bg however, is eclipsed by the scan to the point where details are quite hard to make out.
Essentially only the one cloud to her left and the building are visable.

I like how the background is dark because like what kawaii-chicken said it constrast which gives focus to the girl. :D The perspective of the scene reallyh caught my eye. *_*
