Ah, this is something nice... *downloads*... but I don't really follow your idea about the city... it seems to me even a bit of a dreary 19th city avenue, on a late winter-early spring day, still snowing... I think the girl looks surprised by the snow and wants to go out... hehehe, just imaging things...

Argh. IE crashed just when I was going to submit this. -.-; So now I have to retype everything...and I really don't feel like doing that...
Well, basically, I chose the title "City of Dreams" Because the girl's expression in the picture makes you want to be there with her, it makes you wanna jump in and live in that city. No? So I decided(At the last minute) THat I was going to change the coloring of the entire wallie and made it vibrant and bright(After fiddling around for like, ever) So Ta-da. >.<
Overall, I am about 80% happy with this wallpaper. I feel like it doesn't have...the right things. I mean, I LOVE the coloring, but it somehow feels....bleh...but I didn't know what else to add. ^^;

I agree. Something seems to be missing. Yet there doesn't seem much more to add.. That happens to me a lot when I wall -_- Althought the sky looks pretty :D I'd very impressed by the houses/street if you made it yourself ^_^ Other than that, great job :) Keep it up!

hmmm.... there is no much difference between the scan and your wall,.. Oo just the colouring and some brushes / textures,,,, and this is not much work ^^" i prefer the original more,..but btw nice interpretation.... ... and thx that you work with one of my scan :D or did u found it elsewhere :P ...

I really don't know why you're not satisfied with this wallpaper, I find it so beautiful! :)
I think the title matches the atmosphere perfectly... I like the way the sky looks, kind of blurry, and very colorful, it does indeed looks like a dream.
I also like the perspective, not your usual one...
