My entry for the 
first competition~
I picked theme #2: "Joy and Happiness"
My first work after months doing nothing! 
So~
The wallpaper is based on two scans I found here on MT.
I drew/vectored nearly everything myself.. except the birds (which were brushes
I made from a stock) and the water (which was made with an
oldschool-filter).
My first time drawing clouds! 
I drew them
after a video-tutorial I found on Good-Tutorials.com . *hopes that they look
fine*

I think the clouds and water could be made into more... the vector style, just so everything is tied together well. Still a nice job on the vector of the character and what not.

Maybe the water is a bit weird, but I guess that vectoring it would be too much of a nightmare~
