good work, and that's true for the eyes, especially lots of vector don't have goods eyes, whereas yours' are perfect :)

I realy like the clean lines and simplisity of this image
no bizar facial expresions or excessive distactions,
perhapes a subtle background image would have been nice
to add a little more color but otherwise fantastic. -
