Its actually a boy I think. And the name is agito in this form but the cheerful happy one is akito. :D
from Beckett Anime Magazine. I've only read part of book 1, haven't gotten around to finishing it and 2-3 episodes of the anime. I appreciate everyones telling me his name. And that it was a boy, as requested I changed the title.
