the rippling effect looks good, how did you do it?
i like the sepia tones, gives a contrasted atmosphere; old but somewhat futuristic
the character might be a tad too soft
but overall a very nice wallpaper :)

okay, the background is great, really <3 but the scan is kinda not blended with the background nicely >__> maybe because its color? no idea :3
and then... another thing that makes this wall looks (err not ugly) not really great because... that tech brushes/something around the left top corner :3 its a tech style, usually for any abstract wallpaper :3 i suggest you not to put it there xD
but overall, me likes your wallpaper ;D -

I really like the brushwork, and the drop shadow around her. The background is fitting, and quite funny too read the signs,
I think this could have used a bit more brushwork, though, and it's unfortunately too cheeky for my desktop. :(
I still like it though. + to my faves! ^__^

This new wallpaper looks really good! I always enjoyed wallies with some grunge style on them, the colors you used on this are really nice too, loved that red tone! xD
My only complaint is about her red shadow... it made the wall looses some of it's perspective I guess, but all the other componets are nicely done ^^
Maybe I can suggest some more contrast on this? xDPS: the scan and title are great too! Good job, chibi-di! ^^
