hello folks o/
Here i am, with my dragon ball wallpaper, nothing ,much to say about this..just
I'm not big fan of hights 
...lets just cut the text..and see what i did..
*The scan i had on my pc, and cleaned the best i could and re shaded some
parts.
*i used about 4 cloud stock photo, and i played with them
*I used 3 different texture and screentones to try to blend the image with the
background, pictures made by toriyama (for manga_the case) we aways see the
fiber of the paper when he painted with copic markers , it's not a ''clean''
image (which i like it), if i wanted a clean image i would've get the image
vectored..but i'm not big fan of vector...
*Use some brushes ...
* I tried to put some colors on the clouds like when the sun lights touches the
cloud you see that yellow greenie glow x}...
* and a lot more stuff heheh..
in general i like it..specially the part that looks like the dragon skin is touching the clouds....
that's all ...hope you like it =}

haha yeah, it gives a very happy feeling, probably cuz it reminds you how cool were the days when you watched dragon ball, I like that, the colors itself make look the wall as an old painting, it's nice.
i like your clouds and the blending of colours.
but then i would suggest that perhaps you can move the cloud on the right hand side to cover up the middle of the dragno instead. it will make the dragon look cooler than covering its leg
So cool! I really like this one. Kinnda reminds me of the ending of the DB series. Nicely done.
