oh!this is great you hav shaded and drew well,everything is nicely done except for the,i think,his lower body,slightly odd.keep up the good work!^_^
Vegeta should have larger arms and legs, his hair should also be a bit longer. His face also looks young. Vegeta is only young during the Saiyan Saga and Namek.
