This scan is kinda overused. The idea here is that Daisuke is tearing off the canvas he himself is on. Imagine that hes stuck on the canvas and hes trying to tear himself off of it. The page curl took my some time to make it blend well, page curls themselves are fairly easy making them fit is the hard part. Re-cging daisuke was kinda pain since the orignal scan had so many shadows and light effects already on it. The feathers are just there to add contrast to the grunge on the background.
