I use a cloud brush once + two stock photos + rain bursh+make misty cloud..
Then I extract Archer,add some color for him(just a bit..like in Sin City I
think)..then create the white glow to make him stand out a bit more...
That is for the Swordless ver...
The Swords ver..(or can be called UBW-Solitude ver) need more effort in
extracting two different swords and then adjust them....make into a field of
sword(just 6 swords there though 
)

The way Archer's surrounded by a glow and swords, along with that the wallpaper is gray, really adds up to the solitude feeling. Great work with the rain and clouds!

no lies at first i was thinking ichigo from bleach with all the swords in the ground... and the wavy robe... from thumbnail view.
Pretty awesome for a greyscale wallpaper, but i think some pale blue lightning could've gave it a edge.
