Somehow the face seems a bit 'empty', lacking features in a way (maybe the nose could be more detailed, and a nostril added... though it might break the mood or whatever).
Anyway, nice drawing, i love the city background, reminds me of blame! in a way (though less dark ^_^'). As for the character, i'm not too sure about perspective, the zip on his jacket seems huge, as well as the mug. But otherwise good coloring as usual, and a nice mood (i'm sure it's chocolate... it HAS to be chocolate, it's snowing !)Thumbs up :D
