hiyaa..my new Wallie Again 
fiuh..after a week since i first found the Allen scan, it was vectored my Maji (
thx Maji 
)
i was very troubled when i choosing the BG.... 
then one day i ask Silvana11 bout the BG, she advised me some sky, or heavenly
Bg...
thn i got idea,
i choose Icy BG with Castle!
i used the castle to be the main BG, then i add some ice, Fogs, Clouds, etc
and in the Allen pict, i give some frozy effct
Layer used : 22
they contains 11 effct layers for Allen, and 9 effct Layer for the BG
it took 2 hours making the BG....
and well....after along hard way... 
finish.... !XD
