I think this twin is so lovely.
Kira and Cagalli is so close relation, in first part (seed) they fall in love in
each other. (this I crazy about it)
Kira care Cagalli emotion and her safe very much. (look like elder brother haha)

There's room for improvement, you need to draw gravity, the girl looks like she's sitting on solid ground with a floaty while the guy is sinking. To sit like that girl without a back support is really tiring and uncomfortable so the smile doesn't fit with it.
Again, with the gravity, the floaty should also be under the water half way because it can't stand on water like spiders.
But good attempt though.
