Yeah! I go think the outlines are getting better. :D Even though I see some parts of the outlines can be just sharp pointy areas, but it's improved. :)
I think the eyes look quite funny though. :o

this vector took me forever! like a month XD and since this one is my first attemp with the pen tool, it took me a long time to get used to it :nya:
here`s the story:
Voice 1 (me): now that I got the pen tool I should make a vector...
Voice 2 (my imaginary friend): and why not?
V1: this thing is like hell... how I am supposed to finish all those hairs?
V2: why dont you start another vector then?
V1: nice idea!
V1: hey, it will take me a long time to finish all these flowers!
V2: why dont you return to your previous vector and finish it then?
V1: I dont know what would I do without you...
so that`s the reason it took me a while too... I know it`s strange for a teenager like me to have imaginary friends, but what? he is a nice person :) (I know I am mad)

THe body and hair are thuly spetacular, but I think you should give some (more) time with the eyes... They seem odd to me... Also, take some more care with the lineart. Don't get upset if you must do a giant work so you can shrunk it and nobody would notice your mistakes, or to take ten days. It is worth if the final is great. THis one is good, better than before, but you still need more practise. Still, it's pretty good.
