Title translation: "The Mark Of Tonight" -> it's the prety song from BoA witch you can curently hear on the Miko's Moon Flower group page. (yes, the song inspired me to make it ^^ )
Well, here ya' have it! My first doujinshi in a long time. Sterted yesterday, finished and scaned (+ a few modifications in the resolution/color/etc. whit photoshop) today.
What can I say? (If I start the whole history I would't finish till tomorow.) I felt like making something magical and somehow, unusual, and I rely wonted to show that if I fell like drawing, I can draw. (somebody "insulted" my sketching skiles a wile back and since then I worked hard to improwe my skiles so thyat he won't dare say enything like that again ~ but still, he said that he didn't belive I was the one to dreaw them <- said that just to unsure he didn't say something like "is that what you call art?")
Well ... *thinking* it's dusk in chase you don't understand in the grenish lights are fireflys, the orange-yellow ones are some spirits (I know they should have been in another color but, still, I love orange a lot).
The girl's name is Selena (greak name meaning "moon") and I'm not telling you what she's looking at [me=evil]
That's kinda all I have to say. Other then that, all I can say is that I loved every moment I spent on this. As I do on every single art piece I ever made and will make.

Really nice colors in this drawing, and i love the texture (reminds me of those thick oily kind of pencil we used back in kindergarten
). Good level of detail too. Your sky and water are awesome !
I'm not too sure about outlining only certain things (the character is okay, but the outline on the 2 birds make them stand out too much... maybe you should have just used pencil outline, and not ink...).
About the character, i think her face is a bit too big (compared to the thin neck), but otherwise proportions are okay. The upper hand might need some work.
