Well i just got Photoshop CS2 for my birthday, its very confusing. I have only
used it once before like two years ago and well sorry if this wallie totally
sucks, i tried. But have to admit Photoshop is awesome it will just take some
getting used to. 
Well I was browsing through some scans on Animepaper and found this one, I've
never seen Neon Genesis but it looks interesting and I loved this scar. Well
hope you enjoy. 
EDIT: I just figured out how to color parts of REI and well I kinda had some fun with it.

Not bad. It looks like you might have reduced the file size when saving, which lowered the quality, there's no need to do so, highest quality is still small enough on a wallpaper to submit to MT. The drop shadow on the text is a little iffy. I like the concept of the monochrome grey and blue, though. Good job, you'll be able to rock with CS2 I'm sure.
lol, I thought I was the only person who liked that song. Anyways, some of the brushes are really pixel-lated, most likely becuase you made them bigger than the original brush was, but it's not a big deal. The title font looks nice..
