Now to go back and make a tribute wall to one of the oldest animes, a.k.a. Vampire Princess Miyu and heck never knew it was done during 1988 but hey these are one of the first favorable anime girl chracters which got me started in the whole Anime jig and yes it is a dead series even though i havent even seen one episode yet...I know its so sad. :(
Kudos for Nuriko for the scan from APA...

So took me 5 hours to get the damn sky right with the overlaying of two layers of black...Did a lot of faceting and overlaying in the cherry blossoms and copied by somedays dreamer reflection far away land technique and added some stars and water. what i adored most was th eshooting stars and mostly and Godly text, and ofcourse being a vampire she it it really worked with this...

Anyway 68 layers and 7 1/2 hours of work...Hope you like! ^ ^

    You rarely see Vampire Princess Miu wallpapers these days.
    And even more rarely you see such awesomely looking examples of them.

    Wowww.. VERY nice .. I love it. The night sky and the cherry blossoms tend to clash, though :( .. .. both are beautiful by themselves, but together, they take away from one another. However, you did a great job nonetheless. I love the detail work.. I can really see the effort you put into this one ^_^ .. Keep it up~

    FYI - this is from the 1997-98 anime series "Vampire Princess Miyu." The OAV (which was four episodes, and was excellent) was done ithe one in 1988.
    In the OAV, Larva is only seen briefly without his mask. Also, Rieha (the girl to the left) isn't in the OAV.
    Nice wall.
