For this wallpaper, I found a high quality scan of Link battling, and I wanted to make it more dramatic. I made the area darker, and added lighting, in which the light source that I created was the flames and sparks that were coming from the 2 swords clashing for this battle that linking is having. I also modified the scan so that it feels more painted (the original it felt more like a sketch). The flames I wanted to look almost organic, so it make them look like the were jumping out of the sword, almost like they were flowing like a splash of water. Overall, after the improvements made the scene a lot more dramatic and the sword battle more epic and overall more enjoyable.
