Ikuko Itoh is one of the animator in Sailormoon series, she is the chief animator for SuperS series but was working in Super too.
She did several sailormoon artworks for magazine and media: above all she is the author of all the LD/DVD artworks for S and SuperS series which I think are simply gorgeous. -
