Let me introduce you the most powerfull of the crystal saints, Aquarius no Camus!
The original picture is from the Sacred Saga Works
I use a real picture of a moon and some clouds brushes to do this wallie
The boreal aurora is a fusion of some color layers with waves and other effects.
The mist was made with a blurry brush
The ice was taken of a vector from Corel Draw brushes
And finally Camus cape (originally of rags) wants to represent ice. For this i cut the original picture using the tree
kinds of grey in the picture, then re-colorize them, and fusion with many effects...
This is the result!
