Well it is sketchy for sure. Also, i don't know what kind of pencil you've used, but the lines are fading away a bit (so you could try outlining with ink for exemple). Otherwise, i think you've definitely got some skills, the proportions are good and the faces are really well drawn. I'm not too sure about his hand (is it extended or is he making a fist ? it seems extended but we don't see the knuckles). One last thing, the 'spirit' behind him, you might have wanted to make him a little more 'real', meaning that his hand and arm are see-through ;).
Keep it up, it's a pretty cool job :D
PS oh, and adding a bg would be a really good bonus to boot up the art !
