This is the cover of a doujinshi I own, but I don't know the title (sorry I'm dumb everyone!) It's by Kiri Shijima and is part of the Valiant doujinshi circle. It features Tezuka on the front and Ryoma on the back, and, well, it's TezukaxRyoma-centric. Again, wonderful art. I wish I could draw like that! *sigh*
