first of all i want to apologize for being lazy and inactive ~ but here is my new drawing !

PLEASE FULL VIEW FOR THE DETAILS ~ <3

making this drawing must have taken most of time till this far ~ i made the sketch about a month ago but got the inking done today just few minutes ago.
i'm really proud since it turned out just like i had planned it and since i have never done any drawing with the theme like this ~ this is honestly totally new for me since i haven't ever made anything scifi-themed !

at first i actually i didn't have any idea what to draw, but i just drawed something and the circles i made started to remind me of the clock gears. started to draw more circles looking like gears and then i made those more weirder looking circles and then the things behind them and front which holds them together. making them i got vision of doing some kind of android (sorry if it's not writed like that) or robot. so i started to sketch the girl in the middle of the paper and this is how she turned out. i wanted to make her look like she would be broken or her engineering isn't completed yet that the wires come out of her ~ don't know why but i really wanted to draw lots of them ^_^'

after making the sketch of the girl i started to make the background and i'm really really really happy about it since it's my first real background :D wanted to create feeling of factory around the character so it would emphasize the scifi-theme. to make the lighting was little hard since i'm not good at making backgrounds yet but this is the way i found it to be the best way i would get it look okay ~ i know there is lots of mistakes with the shading ! but i try to do better next time, and i didn't want to make shading for the girl's skin since i think i would have ruined her and i also wanted her kind of to be some way really stand out of the background.
the thing why it took so long to finish is the tiny circled fence behind her with the dotting effect ~ you can't imagine how many times i wanted to quite of doing it OX but since it was totally different from my usual drawing i didn't want to left it incomplete. and i'm really happy i made it because it was worth of the whole hard work !

the drawing is fully made with bottled ink with my own hands as are all the effects too ! i used the thin drawing nip as always and sorry again for the lining being wobble again ~ i should get paper made for ink drawing and new nip too...anyway, all the lining and dotted and striped effects are done with the drawing nip but the hazy looking effect on two place is made with toilet paper (i didn't have tissues) ~ i droped ink on the toilet paper and pressed softly over the drawing. it was quite hard to get it on the right place so i'm sorry that there is few place where it comes over the lines.

hope you enjoy my new work as much as i do ^_^ comments and favs are appreciated ! also thank you for all who have suported my previous works <33

A bizarre and almost macabre image, the disintigration of skin into clockwork gears is both beautiful and painful looking. There's a classic manga look to the 'girl' with the sleek angels in the facial fetures and the way the hair defies gravity. It has a classic look to something that's new and innovative.

.. this is totally impressive zefie-chan . ::stares:: I love the details from the gears , the dots on the bg . I especially love the bg . it gradually gets darker to the edge so the perspective and lighting is wonderfully done . the way you created the mechanical structure in her body just shows you have massive creativity in your mind xD *admires* you did just well honey <3

This is one heckuva doujin Zefie! You have never failed to amaze me with your artistic talent! The amount of detail you put into the mechanics of her body (the spinal area) as well as the gears is simply amazing! Definitely worthy of a fav from me! :D

wow, is the first time which I see one of your works, really surprising is very detailed, good use of light and shade, and the essence the detail of the thorn and everything… altogether excellent. Thanks for sharing it.

... This is splendid ! The girl reminds me of Tima from Rintaro's Metropolis (there's this moment when she looks up and she has that ray of light upon her face, and some wind in her hair... almost similar !), she has such a great expression, and she is really detailed.
I really give my congratulations on making this work, the inking is awesome (i particularly love the shading on the bg pipes).
Maybe the perspective isn't that deep though, but otherwise it's definitely one of the best MT piece as of late ;).

    Thumbs up and fav :D

PS oh, and maybe the 'wheels' on the bottom left corner... they don't have enough thickness (like they're really flat !)

When I see such fantastic doujinshi works as yours, makes me think of the artists who have a real talent for drawing such awesome works. When I see these, I am led to think of the German art group Todt ( Nth Degree) who do works of like this. They do artwerks in the physical sense. Of course, I think of the "Borg" ( Star Trek anti fame ). Then there is E.S. Eiger. Very spooky and technical atthe same time.
    Thanxs for the share !
