But doesn't really seem to fit with the concept of the scan
Although I really like the bg, I must say that it needs improvement with the theme

this brings out the feeling or sadness in the wallpaper alright :)
your vector's clean and well-colored. ;) but I do have to agree on chrisp-chan that is to soften on the rain and it'll look breater! :)
