nice vector! you keep improving with every vector you make. this is your best yet! I love the colors, and I love Chii! The vectoring is clean and the colors look good. I was going to comment on the jaggedy-ness of some of the outlines, but I realized this was a CLAMP vector and many of their styles have jaggedy outlines on purpose XD I think you need to take out those water brushes at the bottom in front of chii though. They just dont fit at all because they are transparent while the vector is solid.

Done in record time ^^ ! Started exactly after my last vector and I hade the time oof my life making it. Who could have gurest that making a vector and imagening a backgrouund would be soo mutch fun?
Well, the image I found somewere on the nnet and the momennt I saw t I decided to vector it (must say I love the way it came out). I wonted to jut leve it a vector but I didn't like leaving it like that. So, I made another background added something in the foreground using a couple of brushed I hade for some time (from deviantArt) and you can see the result.
I imagined Chii coming out od the wather and started flowting in air mid air(don't know if that fraze has eny sene). This is not based on enything but the idea jut poped in my head and I liked it. I just hope that the air/wather combination whas a good one.
Enyway, I spent aproximatly 20 howers on it, but I never noticed when I finished it.
And about the outlines, that's just the way my scan whas and I think it looks nicer like that.I gives it a somehow ... diferent appearece. In other words, it's the way I wonted it to be

is it me or am i the only one who noticed...well anyway here what my eye caught where her right is the dress looks cut off in one little portion or is it supposed to be transperant or sometin.
