impressive, the background is great, and the whole presentation of the wallpaper is very stylishly complete, character is a little bit small on the right, but I imagine the background would not have been fully complimented by the character if it was too big, a good work.

Another Shining Wind's wallpaper =D I really love Tony's artwork haha ^_^'
I dunno who's this gal, but she just too cute and with a sexy dress,
so I just manage to make a wallpaper for her =D
Add multi color layers on this wallpaper ^^",
and do the blending option. Blur the bg, and then median...
for the chara, I just did median and smart blur
(coz the quality of the original pic is really bad :|)
Hours: I was doing homework, while making this wallpaper haha (Approx. 5 hours I guess)
