Ok downloaded the ending single for Darker than Black by Rie Fu, song is Tsuki
Akari. Just cropped the spine off, looks better like this

Don't know much about the girl, obviously she's a contractor on Lee's team but I don't think I've heard her name yet. Her power isn't quite clear as well, just that she manipulates water in a way. I'll watch episodes again carefully and try to find out. But if someone can provide her name I'd apreciate it a lot.

she's a doll, she doesn't actually manipulate water, it is just the medium in which she can view things through.
yup, she view/hear by water, and her name was, I think, mentioned at beginning of first episode, when she was standing in dead alley (fall in love with Darker then Black <3)

Hm... I re-watch second episode, I doubt Yin <3 is Doll. Doll's are humans like this girl in first episode. they don't have their own personality, she does. ok she's Rei Ayanami-like. maybe she's not a contractor but she's not a Doll ether.

Yea its Yin and shes a doll(pretty sure:x), she can find anyone as long as she is near water.
