Wow! Very beautiful! I like how the colours from the vector changed into blending with the background for the wallpaper. :D Theeffects you used were quite simple, but the sky and shine gave quite a nice concept. :)

Lovely wallpaper. The use of soft colors and the lighting suits it nicely and the vector blends so well it seems to not be something you had to blend in. XD IN other words, nice blending job. The clouds look all fluffy and dreamy like, gotta love them too.
The only thing I would point out is the phrase. "Where there's [ light ] there's Hope" I think it should be better rephrased to get the same meaning. What you wrote is good but I found it slightly confusing.
Either way, awesome job. I'm wondering why it's not in the elite gallery when it's so well done. :D
