Nice shading, and quite original drawing as well (i like the glasses... it gives a much more mature feeling to the drawing... almost like the character is actually an old sage in the guise of a young foxy lady ^_^').
Great job on the stance and proportions, so thumbs up :D -

interesting pose, and I like the expression ^^ nice shading, I like the sketchy/crosshatching style. cool design for the hairstyle :) I'm not sure if it's just me, but her head looks a tad too big for her body...
