First of all I 've got to say that this wallpaper had been created for a contest in a local forum.
"The nights in this town are crimson 'n' black... If you walk through them you 'll have to encounter her. She is a queen. A queen of illusions. Wrapped in fumes and exotic aromas she seduces..."
The wallpaper is totally brush-based (all the sets were found in deviantart.com). It took me around 4-5 hours to finish it. The scan I 've used is taken from the artbook "monoberry illustrations" (one of my favourite artbooks).
I have to apologise cause I don't feel like saying more...

i saw it on AP but that time i didn't want comment, because at first glance to me seems with only few modifications...
after seing it in detail i got be used to your wallpaper, because the original scan is very beautiful (now im doing a wallpaper with monoberry too).
anyway, i wanted to see something more dark, but at last you did something visually good ^_^
