Ahah... that's quite a nice randomness :)... man she must have undergone quite a lot of experiments to have some kind of tongue-shaped alien poping out from her lower abdomen (and also, to have a boob that looks like a moon-crater ^_^').
Anyway, great skills, nice shading, and good details, i think you've drawn the face particularly well (especially the nose and lips).
