Hello!
In continuation of my artworks involving Captain Tsubasa characters, I studied a lot on how Yoichi Takahashi drew all characters and it gave me the idea of bringing to life 4 English players in respect to both reality and Taka's drawing style. After drawing a rendition of Michael Owen last week, I took on drawing Frank Lampard and I'm quite happy with the result because I managed to keep the kicking motion, putting the right colors, and to draw Lamaprd's face with respect to Takahashi's style.
When I think of Frank Lampard, he reminds me a lot of CT's Taro Misaki: sometimes he feels lost without his good buddy in midfield, BUT he has great skill to do some damage. I guess it's well-deserved to say that Lampard is the real-life English version of Taro Misaki.

Waw, you really bring out Takahashi's style there. It reminds me of Captain Tsubasa in a blink... :D
Btw, is that pastel? I think some CG coloring can bring more of Tsubasa-ish look. At least for me, though, cause I watched the anime first before the manga. :)

No, this drawing isn't colored on pastel but color pencils rather. I don't mind if someone wants to vector it as long as they credit my original pic. I based myself on stuff from the manga, hence the little difference in style. ;)
