This is Meia Gisborn from Vandread. I copied this from a card I bought sometime ago. Usually Meia is her grumpy self, but in this pic, Meia is actually smiling! Enjoy it while it lasts. She's wearing a swimsuit, and that thing on her neck are goggles.

Cant tell if this is a guy or a girl, face deffinately needs to have the jaws lowered and alined to the mouth, not the nose
If this is a guy, then he's deffinately too skinny, but other than that i say its a job well done ^^
