Urushibara's artwork is truly great. I find it a bit odd though that they left out the third girl that's supposed to be in that image. Should be another blond girl next to Tita in the original image.
Found this in old mag. Old anime ut it still has some of the best fan service :)

Nice scan, but the presence of grain in the image is very obvious. This happens when the image of origin isn't of good quality or when the image is of small format and you do a very big extension.
Maybe you could obtain publications (magazines) with better quality images or don't you do so big extensions.
