The lines are rather shaky (do you do it free-hand or use the pen tool?) and some shading seems kinda blobish. I would suggest using the pen tool for the shading and highlights as well (without blurring or smudging afterwards).

Wooh... I can't imagine how she twisted her body like that and how incredibly thin she is. Doesn't she eat at all? No, seriously, the body's looking disoriented. But I like the pose, too bad she's so thin, it looks unnatural... The coloring is good. The lines are a little shaky as chloe-chan said.
