i'm not really sure of the girl's name, if anybody can tell me it would be great! this is actually my second wallpaper, the first one was deleated :). i'm not really sure if i nailed it, but, be my guest...let me know what i did wrong besides i'm still learning this stuff! thanks!

how do you blend it with the bg? what blending option if i'm using photoshop? i actually tried to look for a glowy picture tutorial but i can't find any! :)
